Neumarkter Lammsbräu - synonym for the best organic beers and soft drinks. Dr. Franz Ehrnsperger, the owner of the traditional brewery, set the course for an integrated, consequently sustainable and unique company concept more than 30 years ago.
Today, about 80 employees produce every year about 60.000 hl beer, mineral water and a wide range of organic soft drinks at the world's leading organic brewery. Their 16 different kinds of beer form the market's most complete organic beer range. Also included in this range are innovations such as non-alcoholic wheat beer with scientifically-proven health claims. Neumarkter Lammsbräu is the first brewery that converted its entire range to 100% organic.

For the connoisseur of Lammsbräu drinks, this means: full-bodied taste, purest enjoyment and the knowledge that every sip helps our environment. All raw materials come from controlled, organic cultivation totalling an area of 4,000 ha organically cultivated fields in the Neumarkt region. Neumarkter Lammsbräu was first mentioned in historical record in the year 1628. The company has been owned by the Ehrnsperger family for about 200 years.
