In Marne, on the west coast of Schleswig-Holstein, the Dithmarscher brewery has stood its ground for more than two centuries with the typically nordic Beugelbuddel beer (brewing site since 1775). Over the many years the once rural brewery has become a modern production center.

The well-known and popular brands are brewed with a traditional, long-established craft: Dithmarscher Pilsener and Dithmarscher Dunkel in clip-closure bottles, the robust Dithmarscher Urtyp in ceramic bottles and more recently Dithmarscher Pilsner in modern longneck bottles.

This business, which is also historically important for the region, will continue to brew high-quality, delicious beer and, as the local country brewery, remain an essential economy factor for the region of Dithmarsch and for the rest of Schleswig-Holstein as well.
