The mid-sized brewery has been a family operation since 1800. In addition to the use of regional raw materials from ecologically balanced agriculture as well as a traditional brewing process, the brewery is dedicated to a holistic environmental policy at all levels of production even including sales.

Whether the water of natural purity, the use of Natural Dolden hops, the refusal to use artificial preservatives or the filling in returnable bottles, the brewery is constantly trying to do its best for a healthy environment. The result is a pure and delectable beer with original taste of beer.
